1. Company Information

HOBBEE LLC is a company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

2. Use of Website

All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any content at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with website functionality

3. Quotations & Order Acceptance

All quotations are non-binding and subject to availability. A quotation is an estimate of what the item and our service will cost, not a reservation of the item.

We place the order with the third-party seller only after you have accepted the quotation and paid for it. Until you pay, you may cancel at any time at no cost.

Orders are not considered accepted until confirmed in writing by the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legal, compliance, or business reasons.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Prices are quoted in USD
• Payment is made through Stripe's hosted checkout, which accepts credit and debit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay
• The purchase price of the item and our service fee are payable when you accept the quotation
• International shipping and packaging fees are invoiced separately and are payable before dispatch
• For large or unusual orders we may agree a wire transfer instead

We do not receive or store your card details; they are handled by Stripe.

All bank charges, intermediary bank fees, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Ownership of the item passes to you once we have received cleared payment for it.

Payments made on this website appear on your card or account statement as HOBBEEX. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can usually identify the order straight away.

Refunds are handled under our Refunds, Returns & Disputes policy.

5. Antique, Vintage & Collectible Goods - "AS IS" Condition

We act as your buying agent. We purchase items on your behalf from third-party sellers — dealers, auction houses, marketplaces and private collectors — and the item itself is supplied by that original seller, not by us. Our service fee covers sourcing, purchasing, consolidation and shipping coordination.

Items sourced for you may be antique, vintage, pre-owned, or collectible.

The item as offered by the original seller is supplied strictly "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS."

Due to the nature of antique and collectible goods:

• Signs of age, wear, patina, restoration, or imperfections are expected
• Variations in condition are inherent characteristics
• Measurements and descriptions are approximate

The buyer acknowledges that these characteristics do not constitute defects.

6. No Warranty of Age, Attribution, or Authenticity

Unless expressly stated in writing:

• Any description of age, origin, maker, or historical period reaches you from the original seller and is passed on in good faith
• No guarantee is made regarding attribution or provenance
• The buyer is responsible for independent due diligence

All statements regarding materials, age, or origin are opinions based on available information and industry standards.

7. No Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all implied warranties in respect of the item as offered by the original seller, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

No oral statements shall create a warranty.

This disclaimer concerns the item. It does not limit our responsibility to perform the sourcing, purchasing and shipping service you paid us for.

8. Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Once we have purchased the item on your behalf, the purchase is final
• Returns are not accepted due to subjective dissatisfaction
• Condition differences consistent with age are not grounds for return

Before we purchase, you may cancel for a full refund. What happens after that — including items the seller cannot supply — is set out in our Refunds, Returns & Disputes policy.

9. Shipping, Risk & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer in accordance with agreed Incoterms (if applicable), or at the time goods are delivered to the carrier.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Government inspections
• Acts of force majeure

Claims for transit damage must be filed with the carrier or insurer.

10. Export Compliance & Anti-Diversion

The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

The buyer shall not:

• Re-export or transfer goods in violation of U.S. export laws
• Divert goods to embargoed or sanctioned destinations

The Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction that raises compliance concerns.

11. Import Responsibilities

The buyer is solely responsible for:

• Import clearance
• Duties and taxes
• Compliance with local regulations
• Restrictions applicable in the destination country

The Company makes no guarantee that goods will be admissible in any specific jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Delays beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid to us for the order in question.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, trade restrictions, government actions, transportation disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and materials, is the property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution
