Found It on Vinted Europe? The Seller Won't Ship It Here — We Will.

Vinted launched a dedicated US site in January 2026, but it's a fraction of the size of the European sites — Germany, France, and the rest of Europe have had Vinted for years longer, with far more sellers and far deeper stock. If the specific piece you're after is more likely to show up on the European side, switching your account region to "United States" doesn't help — it just shows you the smaller US catalog.

And even if you can see the European listing, most individual sellers there default to shipping within their own country or the EU, not internationally. That's not a bug in the platform — it's just not what an individual seller in Germany or France is expecting when they list a used jacket. The listing exists, the seller might even be willing, but there's no path from "I found it" to "it's in my house in the US" without someone on the European side to receive it.

And if you're after more than one thing, buying each separately and shipping each one internationally on its own adds up fast — often costing more in shipping than the items themselves.

How It Works

  1. 1

You send us the listing.Paste the Vinted Europe link and tell us your size/condition requirements if it matters.

  2. 2

We complete the purchase on the European site, where the seller's shipping settings actually work — same platform, same buyer protection, just bought from an address the seller can actually ship to.

  3. 3

It's received wherever the seller ships from — Germany, France, or elsewhere in Europe, depending on where the seller is based.

  4. 4

Inspection is available if you want it.Just ask, and we'll confirm it's the item described and check for obvious damage before it ships — a match-and-condition check, not a functional test. If you skip this, it goes straight to packing.

  5. 5

If you're buying more than one thing, even from sellers in different countries, we'll try to bring it all together into one shipment — usually by routing everything toward our Germany facility once that's practical. We can't guarantee it, since items land at different times from different sellers, and we won't hold anything that's ready to ship just to wait on the rest — we ship what's ready and consolidate what we can.

  6. 6

We pack it — standard protective packaging, reinforced for fragile items, or custom crating/palletizing on request (may cost more) — then weigh it and send you a separate invoice for shipping. That's billed separately from your original quote, since it depends on the actual weight and size once it's packed.

  7. 7

Once that's paid, we ship it to your US address, usually via DHL, in about 7–14 days. That's a typical range, not a guarantee. Customs duties are paid on delivery and we provide the customs paperwork — that charge comes from the carrier when it arrives, not from us upfront.

Pricing

Our service fee is 8–15% of the item's price, with a $20 minimum, on top of what you pay the seller — the exact rate depends on the specifics, so you'll see the real number on your quote. Shipping and packaging are billed separately once we know the actual weight and size (see step 6) — they're not part of this quote.

If it doesn't go through:

  • Cancel before we've placed the order, or the purchase can't go through — full refund, including our service fee.
  • Cancel after we've already completed the purchase on your behalf — we refund whatever we can recover from the sale; our service fee isn't refunded, since the sourcing work is already done.
  • The item turns out to be un-exportable, or customs rejects it — we refund the purchase price minus any costs already incurred, and tell you exactly what those were.

Refunds go back through Stripe to your original payment method, typically 5–10 business days. Shipping and packaging fees are refundable until the parcel is dispatched — once it's with the carrier, they're not.

What We Buy

We focus on vintage and collectible fashion on Vinted — designer pieces, discontinued runs, and limited releases, not everyday secondhand clothing. That's exactly where Europe's deeper inventory matters most — sellers there are far more likely to have it, and we're the buyer they can actually ship to.

Why This Works

We're already positioned to buy from the European side and receive things there — so when a Vinted seller in Germany or France would say yes to a European buyer but has no way to ship to America, we're that European buyer, and then we finish the trip to your door ourselves.

FAQ

Because the item you want may simply not be listed there yet — the US site launched in 2026 and has far less inventory than the European sites that have been running for years.

Yes, for some listings — but plenty of individual sellers only set their shipping to their own country or the rest of Europe, not the US. When that's the case, or when you're trying to combine a few purchases into one shipment, that's where we come in.

No — even when you request inspection, we confirm the item matches the listing and check for obvious damage, but we don't power things on or run a functional test.

Credit or debit card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay, all through Stripe's hosted checkout. For large or unusual orders, we may arrange a wire transfer instead.

If it turns out to be significantly not as described, we'll step in and help resolve it with the original seller. Any return depends on the seller's own policies — sales are considered final once we've completed the purchase on your behalf, return shipping is your responsibility, and we can't guarantee the outcome.

Shipping alone typically runs 7–14 days once we have the item in hand.
