Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and how our ads perform. How it works depends on your choice in the cookie banner:

• If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_*) so it can recognise a returning browser and measure visits and conversions, including whether a visit led to a request or a payment.
• If you decline, or have not chosen yet, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We still count visits in an anonymous way: Google Analytics receives a basic message that a page was viewed (for example the page address, the referring site and your browser type) but does not read or store any cookie in your browser and cannot recognise you as a returning visitor. Google may use these anonymous counts, together with the data of consenting visitors, to estimate the visits and conversions it cannot measure directly.

The events we measure are: page views, a request being submitted, and a payment being completed (with the invoice number, amount and currency). We do not send your name, email address, phone number or address to Google Analytics.

Changing your choice

Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page, and the banner will appear again so you can accept or decline. If you decline after having accepted, it takes effect immediately on that visit; cookies already stored in your browser can be removed in your browser settings. Your choice is saved in your browser only, so you will be asked again on another browser or device, or after clearing site data.

Separately, we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated traffic statistics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites, so it does not depend on your choice above.

Where you came from (hb_attr)

When you first arrive on our website, we save a small first-party cookie named hb_attr in your browser. It records only how you found us:

• the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content);
• the ad click identifier added by Google Ads (gclid, gbraid or wbraid), if you came from one of our ads;
• the path of the first page you landed on (for example /buy-from/ebay, without the domain or anything after a ?).

It contains no name, email address or other personal details, and we do not send it to any advertising network when you browse. The cookie is kept for 90 days. It keeps the first source and is not overwritten by later visits, except that a source with an ad click identifier replaces one that only recorded a direct visit.

When you submit a request, our server reads this cookie and passes its contents to our order system, where it is stored with your request. We use it only to understand which pages and campaigns lead to requests and paid orders, so that we can judge which marketing is worth paying for.

This cookie is set whether or not you accept analytics cookies, because it is a first-party record of how you reached us rather than analytics tracking. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings; if you do, requests you submit afterwards simply carry no source information.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

Payments on this website are processed by Stripe, whether you pay by card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Your card number, expiry date, and security code are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout page and are sent directly to Stripe — they never reach our servers, and we do not store them. We receive only the outcome of the payment (whether it succeeded, the amount, and a reference), which we use to update your invoice and order. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
