- Von den Ci-25 lieferte die Wumag in Görlitz nur eine Kleinserie von 4 Stück. Alle Wagen wurden für den Einsatz in Schlesien umgerüstet und in Hirschberg beheimatet. Nur ein Wagen überlebte den Krieg und gelangte zur DB, wo er 1964 ausgemustert wurde.
